Ingredients

shell macaroni

broccoli flowerets

cauliflower flowerets

sliced mushrooms

6 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained, rinsed & chopped

sliced ripe olives

c.
chopped green onion

Italian dressing

med. avocado
seeded, peeled & sliced

med. tomato
seeded & chopped
Instructions
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
Rinse with cold water; drain well.
In a large bowl combine macaroni, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, olives, and green onion.
Toss with Italian dressing.
Cover and chill several hours.
At serving time, toss vegetable mixture with avocado and tomato.
